George Macricostas

Executive Chairman and Founder

George Macricostas has over 21 years of technical and business management experience in operations and information technology. Mr. Macricostas founded RagingWire Enterprise Solutions, Inc. in 2000 and served as the companies first CEO. In 2005 Mr. Macricostas also assumed the role of Executive Vice Chairmen.  In 2010 Mr. Macricostas promoted fellow co-founder, Mr. Yatish Mishra, to CEO so that he could concentrate his efforts on his role as Executive Vice Chairmen and his various philanthropic activities.  In 2011 Mr. Macricostas became Executive Chairmen of RagingWire, Inc.  As Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Macricostas oversees all aspects of the company including business development, finance, legal, and corporate strategic direction and planning.

In His Prior Role as CEO, Mr. Macricostas led RagingWire to sustainable profitability in the third year of operation during a very challenging and competitive business cycle following the end of the “dot-com bubble." Under his leadership over the past ten years, the company has increased its annual revenue at a 60% compound annual growth rate.  Previously, Mr. Macricostas was a senior vice president at Photronics, Inc., (NASDAQ:PLAB), a leading global supplier of photomasks to the semiconductor industry. He was responsible for all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure. Mr. Macricostas remains an active contributor to Photronics as a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Macricostas is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jane Goodall Institute, and was a finalist in the 2007 and 2009 Ernst and Young Entreprenuer of the Year Program.

 

Yatish C. Mishra

President, CEO, and Founder

Yatish Mishra is a co-founder of RagingWire and an industry veteran with more than 24 years of experience leading information technology and business operations. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he has executive responsibility for all aspects of RagingWire's sales, business administration, operations, and is the architect of IT technologies and solutions that meet global market demand that fuel RagingWire's growth.

Previously, Mr. Mishra was Vice President of information technology at Photronics, Inc., where he was responsible for IT operations worldwide. During his tenure with Photronics, his responsibilities included all aspects of support for hardware technologies, network solutions and application development and deployments worldwide. Prior to Photronics, Mr. Mishra was vice president of engineering at Microlink Technologies, Inc. and has held various senior-level IT positions managing security, networking, systems, software development, business development, and customer support. Mr. Mishra was a finalist in the 2007 and 2009 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program. Mr. Mishra holds a bachelor's of science degree in Applied Physics with a specialty in Physical Electronics from the University of California, Davis.

Mark Morrow

Chief Financial Officer

Mark Morrow has more than 20 years of financial and operational experience in the semiconductor industry, and more than four years of independent consulting for leading technology companies. As Chief Financial Officer, he presently leads the financial activities of the company, and is instrumental in implementing RagingWire’s long term strategic goals, including planning and securing growth capital to fund the company’s rapid growth.

Immediately before joining RagingWire, Mr. Morrow served as a consultant for several leading technology companies.  Prior to that, he served in a career that spanned over 20 years in a number of capacities at Photronics, Inc, (PLAB),  a worldwide leader of photomask manufacturing and technology.  Most recently he served as Vice President of Operations, North America, where he was responsible for producing approximately $140 million in annual revenue and managed an organization of over 1,000 people.  Mr. Morrow was instrumental in successfully completing Photronic’s Initial Public Offering in March of 1987.  At that time Mr. Morrow served as Controller, and later as Vice President of Finance.  Further, he completed numerous stock and bond offerings subsequent to the IPO.

Mr. Morrow graduated Summa Cum Laude from Post College, Waterbury, Connecticut, and received a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, achieving high honors from the University of Bridgeport, Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Douglas S. Adams

Vice President Sales and Marketing

Douglas Adams has 22 years of sales and marketing experience within the high technology and consumer packaged goods industries. As Vice President Sales and Marketing, he has executive responsibility for client relationships, business development, market intelligence, corporate communications, and the RagingWire brand, providing leadership and strategic directions to ensure client satisfaction and drive RagingWire's growth.

Previously, Mr. Adams was vice president of sales and marketing, and general manager, for NEC Technologies, Inc. with executive responsibility for sales, marketing, technical support, and customer service for NEC's magnetic and optical data storage products. Mr. Adams started his career with Mars, Inc., in sales and business development roles, ultimately rising to senior management through successes in category management, applying technology to the sales environment, and developing communications and project management best practices.

Mr. Adams has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration-Marketing from the University of Southern California.

 

Denoid Tucker

Vice President of Technology

Denoid Tucker is responsible for the strategic expansion of RagingWire's entire service portfolio including StrataScale Managed Hosting service. As chief architect of StrataScale, he brings more than 20 years of experience in network systems architecture and deployment of large-scale IT environments, giving him a unique understanding of how to build innovative physical and virtual IT infrastructure for small business and enterprise companies with vastly different business models.

Most recently, Mr. Tucker served as RagingWire's Senior Director of Engineering, which he helped develop into a world-class colocation and managed service provider. Previously, Mr. Tucker worked for Photronics, Inc., the industry leader in the design, development and production of reticles and photomasks for semiconductor and microelectronic applications. In various corporate management roles at Photronics he engineered enterprise-class IT systems and a global infrastructure that powered photo-masking processes for Motorola, AMD, and other semiconductor manufacturers.

Mr. Tucker studied computer science at California State University at Northridge, and in 1996 he joined CRL Networks in a senior systems administrator role. He subsequently served as a senior engineer for several leading ISPs.

Vice President, Data Center Operations

Jason Weckworth brings over 25 years of construction and leadership experience to the RagingWire team. As Vice President of Data Center Operations, he has executive responsibility for construction, site development, client services, facility operations, and the national expansion of RagingWire.

Previously, Mr. Weckworth was Owner, President, and CEO of Weckworth Construction, Inc., where, at the peak of construction they employed nearly 100 employees in the electrical, telecommunication, metal fabrication, raised access flooring, and excavation fields. Weckworth Construction, Inc., has been a key partner for RagingWire for over seven years. Before forming Weckworth Construction, Mr. Weckworth worked for Rex Moor Electrical Contractors and Engineers. Mr. Weckworth brings his industry knowledge and experience to the RagingWire team.

Mr. Weckworth has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the California State University, Sacramento.

 

Daniel GoldingDaniel Golding

Vice President and General Manager, Ashburn, VA

Daniel Golding is responsible for the day-to-day operations of RagingWire Data Centers newest expansion in Ashburn, Virginia. Mr. Golding has over 15 years experience in the Internet, datacenter, and critical facilities fields.

Prior to joining RagingWire, Daniel was Managing Director of DH Capital, the leading investment bank in the data center sector, where he provided technical and engineering leadership. Daniel is perhaps best known as the Vice President of Research at industry analyst firm Tier1 Research, where he supervised research and consulting efforts in the areas of dedicated and managed hosting, and led the firm's entrance into the datacenter and cloud computing sectors. Under his leadership, the Hosting Transformation Summit became the industry's most prominent hosting and datacenter event.

Prior to Tier1, Daniel led global peering efforts at America Online and served as a nuclear engineer in the US Navy. He has served as the finance chairman and as a member of the program committee of the North American Network Operators Group, the professional association for Internet Engineering.

Mr. Golding has a Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from Auburn, and received a Masters Degree in Telecommunications from George Mason University.
