Constantine MacricostasVice Chairman and Founder Constantine "Deno" Macricostas brings RagingWire over 40 years of executive level technical, business and financial management experience, with a successful record in building public companies. After coming to the U.S., attending college and serving in the Army, Mr. Macricostas began his business career in 1960 as a design engineer for National Semiconductor. In 1969, following work as an engineering manager for Qualitron, where he designed early photomask making equipment, he founded Photronics, Inc., now the world's leading maker and manufacturer of photomasks for the semiconductor industry. He is currently Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Macricostas has played important roles in other startup businesses: he was an early investor and board member of Nutmeg Savings and Loan, Colonial Data, and Orbit Semiconductor. Mr. Macricostas has received many awards, including the Small Business Administration's National Entrepreneurial Success Award, the High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year, and the Eli Whitney Award for Excellence in Small Business Management. He is listed in Who's Who in American Business, and has been recognized by President Clinton and the executives of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
George MacricostasExecutive Chairman and Founder George Macricostas has over 21 years of technical and business management experience in operations and information technology. Mr. Macricostas founded RagingWire Enterprise Solutions, Inc. in 2000 and served as the companies first CEO. In 2005 Mr. Macricostas also assumed the role of Executive Vice Chairmen. In 2010 Mr. Macricostas promoted fellow co-founder, Mr. Yatish Mishra, to CEO so that he could concentrate his efforts on his role as Executive Vice Chairmen and his various philanthropic activities. In 2011 Mr. Macricostas became Executive Chairmen of RagingWire, Inc. As Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Macricostas oversees all aspects of the company including business development, finance, legal, and corporate strategic direction and planning. In His Prior Role as CEO, Mr. Macricostas led RagingWire to sustainable profitability in the third year of operation during a very challenging and competitive business cycle following the end of the “dot-com bubble." Under his leadership over the past ten years, the company has increased its annual revenue at a 60% compound annual growth rate. Previously, Mr. Macricostas was a senior vice president at Photronics, Inc., (NASDAQ:PLAB), a leading global supplier of photomasks to the semiconductor industry. He was responsible for all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure. Mr. Macricostas remains an active contributor to Photronics as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Macricostas is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jane Goodall Institute, and was a finalist in the 2007 and 2009 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year program.
Ron SmithMember of the Board of Directors Ron Smith brings to RagingWire more than 26 years of extensive, broad-based business and management experience with Intel Corporation. Prior to his retirement from Intel, his role as senior vice president and general manager of Intel’s Wireless Communications and Computing Group was responsible for Flash Memories, the XScale™ Microprocessor, and Cellular Communications Chipsets. Mr. Smith also held several senior positions within various Intel multi-billion dollar business units, including general manager of the PC chipset division. Mr. Smith served as the Chairman of the Technology Strategy Committee of the Semiconductor Industry Association for 4 years prior to his retirement from Intel. He holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Physics from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. degree in Physics from Gettysburg College.
Yatish MishraPresident, CEO, and Founder Yatish Mishra is a co-founder of RagingWire and an industry veteran with more than 24 years of experience leading information technology and business operations. As President and Chief Executive Officer, he has executive responsibility for all aspects of RagingWire's sales, business administration, operations, and is the architect of IT technologies and solutions that meet global market demand that fuel RagingWire’s growth. Previously, Mr. Mishra was Vice President of information technology at Photronics, Inc., where he was responsible for IT operations worldwide. During his tenure with Photronics, his responsibilities included all aspects of support for hardware technologies, network solutions and application development and deployments worldwide. Prior to Photronics, Mr. Mishra was vice president of engineering at Microlink Technologies, Inc. and has held various senior-level IT positions managing security, networking, systems, software development, business development, and customer support. Mr. Mishra was a finalist in the 2007 and 2009 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Program. Mr. Mishra holds a bachelor's of science degree in Applied Physics with a specialty in Physical Electronics from the University of California, Davis.
David RobersonMember of the Board Mr. Roberson brings his vision and strategic expertise to the RagingWire Board of Directors, with over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Roberson was the Senior Vice President in the Enterprise Server Storage and Networking Division, and General Manager, responsible for HP’s Storage Division, from 2007 to 2011. Prior to working for HP, he spent 26 years with Hitachi Data Systems, where he started as corporate counsel, had various management positions, before becoming President and Chief Executive Officer in 2002. He was instrumental in HDS growth into a leading global storage solutions company. Mr. Roberson serves on the board of several private companies and non-profit organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Ecology form the University of California at Irvine, and a JD from Golden Gate University. |
